I'll take what we talked about and do a full review of your systems, branding, communications and customer experience. I'll identify the gaps that need filling and the places you need support.

Business Prescription

I'll prepare a full report with all my suggestions, recommendations and research. I'll give you options for processes and apps that could be a good fit for your business.

Follow-Up Session

We'll meet again to go over the report and tweak anything that doesn't quite make sense. You can use this time to ask me questions you might have & make a plan for the future.
