When you first start your business, you might be tempted to think that your only goal is to get as many followers and customers as you possibly can. That’s what most of the advice out there recommends! Get on all the platforms, run ads, and reach tons of potential customers to have the highest likelihood of making sales! 🙃

But while growing your reach is an important aspect of building a sustainable business, the truth is that it’s way easier to retain happy customers & encourage repeat purchases than it is to acquire new customers. It’s also cheaper, and this strategy helps you create real and meaningful relationships with the people who buy from you.

There are lots of ways to keep your customers happy, but loyalty programs can be a fun way to give back and encourage engagement. They make your business into a kind of “game” for customers to play as they interact with you. The more they engage, the more benefits they can get, which means they’re more likely to come back for more. It’s a win-win cycle for both you and your ideal customers!
