Company Policies

All of the policies listed below will also be highlighted in your contract, should we choose to work together!

Scope of Work

My services do not include the implementation or setup of any recommended programs and project priorities suggested in any session. Our work together will constitute strategic consulting services. Within client sessions and office hours, some setup and implementation may be worked on, but the completion of those projects outside of client hours is up to you as the client.

Payments

As a service-based business, I am required to charge HST on all my services & remit the amount to the government, so it will be added to all of your invoices. I accept credit card payments, Paypal, and eTransfers. All payments are due within 14 days of invoice delivery.

My coaching services are not refundable due to the nature of the work. However if you are dissatisfied with one of my courses or products (with the exception of Operations 101, which is administered by Make Lemonade), refunds are available. Please contact me to initiate that process.

Cancellations

Except in cases of emergency, 48 hours notice is required to cancel a meeting either virtually or in person. With less notice, Client forfeits their session for that month.

Fees & Discounts

My fees are subject to change at any time to respond to factors such as inflation, skill development, or supply & demand. If you are an ongoing client, your fees will remain the same as when you initiated our work together, provided you do not cancel or take a break from your services. If you discontinue our sessions and later recommence, you will be charged my new rate, minus your "lifetime discount" (see below).

I offer a lifetime discount of 13% off your program fees (before tax) for any client who has worked with me for a period of 3 months or more.

Privacy & Non-Disclosure

As a client, I will need to send you emails as an extension of our work together. If you are subscribed to my email list, you can unsubscribe at any time without affecting the emails you receive as a client.

In our contract, I will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement which states that I will not directly or indirectly disclose to any person other than you at any time either during the term of this agreement or following the termination or expiration thereof, any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to your business, including but not limited to customer lists, contacts, financial or other confidential data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets.

Communications

All professional communication as a client will take place either by email (via hello@stephaniepellett.com) or on Slack for office hours (for The Foundery members only). Communication that takes place on other apps, such as Instagram, does not constitute professional advice and is not included in the professional working relationship.

Location

Unless otherwise negotiated, all in-person sessions (for The Foundery, Launch Sessions package or individual Strategy Sessions) will be conducted at The Nurture Space. This space is located on Dundas Street West, and is walking distance to Dundas West Station. There are 5 steps to enter the home, and another 18 to get to the work space. If this doesn’t meet your accessibility needs, we can arrange to meet at another location. If you have any other questions about accessibility, please send me a note.

All online sessions will be conducted via Zoom.
